PO-18-24623-01 | AQC Dust Collecting Systems | Dust and Fume Collectors
PLEASE NOTE:
*WE HAVE NOT INCLUDED ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION AS THERE IS NO CLEAR DEFINITION OF WHAT IS REQUIRED AND WHO THE THIRD PARTY IS THAT CAN VERIFY. THERE IS NO CODE THAT WE KNOW OF THAT STATES THIS VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
*WE HAVE A LOWER AIR TO CLOTH RATIO THAN SCHEDULED - A LOWER AIR TO CLOTH RATIO MEANS THE AIR IS PASSING AT A SLOWER VELOCITY THROUGH THE FILTER TISSUE, SO THE LOADING OF THE FILTER IS LIGHTER, AND THE LOWER THE AIR TO CLOTH RATIO IS, THE BETTER THE SYSTEM. WE EXCEED THE THE SCHEDULED FILTER AREA ON BOTH UNITS AS WE HAVE SMALLER AREA CARTRIDGES FOR OUR COLLECTORS SO WE NEED MORE FOR THESE APPLICATIONS
We have added:
Wood dust collector, Now 10 cartridges
Overbags on wood dust collector, after filters, explosion vents fan silencer spark detection system* flameback prevention damper, abort gate and VFD blower starting system.
*We have added secondary spark detection after spray system.
Welding, now 20 cartridges
This collector does include secondary filters, explosion venting*, fan silencer, spark arrestor and VFD blower starting equipment.
Welding collectors do not need explosion vents, they are included.
Both dust collectors are NFPA compliant when equipped with the quoted accessories.
